In your app: The first step to unsubscribe is to access your profile area. There, tap on the "Gear" icon located at the top right corner of your screen.
A side menu will be displayed. Select "My Purchases''. Scroll down the page and select the "Cancel subscription" option.
You will need to choose a reason for cancellation. After choosing it, you will see our contact email so that your request can be sent, always from your registration email to contact@astrolink.com.
Another way is to do it through our Customer's Service form. Deadline to attend to your request is up to 72 hours.
