Keeping your registration email updated is essential for receiving notifications, recovering your password, and ensuring direct contact with our support team.

If you lost access to your registered email or simply want to update your address, just follow these steps.

1. Go to your profile and click your photo (top right corner). Then select "Manage Account".

2. On the new page, click "Account", which is the last option in the menu.

3. Scroll down until you find the "Change Email" section. Enter your new email twice and click "Update Email". A confirmation message will appear.

4. Go to your new email inbox and look for the confirmation message sent by Astrolink.

5. Open the received email and click the purple confirmation button.

6. You’ll be directed to a page where you’ll need to confirm your password to finalize the update.

All set! After confirming, your account will be updated and you’ll see the success message on the screen.
